About

My name is Lynn. I am a daughter, granddaughter, niece, aunt, and friend. I am a book lover, horse owner, friend of the arts. I can recommend the best bookstores in my city, but chances are I’ll only give you one at the very top of the list. I can be content with days spent either wondering museums one gallery to the next or getting down and dirty giving my horse a bath.

I also have mental illness. To be exact- Bipolar 1 Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, and Social Anxiety Disorder. They make life… I don’t know that interesting is the word. It’s definitely a ride. If you know anything about Cleveland weather… That about sums it up.

I have learned to live my life the best I can. It isn’t always easy, but…

… With this blog I hope to bring some normalcy to mental illness. We’re just like everyone else. Just our brains work a little differently.
